All UK orders ship next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery for orders over £500. International (EU + global) ships via Royal Mail International Tracked, typically 5–10 working days. Free UK shipping on orders over £100.
Submit your trade list via the Valuation form. We'll email a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked label (free for trades over £100) and packing instructions. Sleeves + toploaders are essential — we sell a packing kit for £5 if you need one.
We buy and sell Near Mint to Heavily Played, plus graded cards from any of the major slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC, Ace). For raw cards we use the standard TCG condition grades — when in doubt, send photos and we'll grade them for you.
The online quote is provisional and assumes cards match the stated condition. On arrival we verify each card. If conditions match, the quote is honoured exactly. If we disagree on a card's condition, we'll ring you to discuss before processing — you always have the right to ask for it back at our cost.
Yes — booster boxes, ETBs, premium collections, special sets. All sealed product is sourced direct from authorised distributors. Filter the shop by Sealed Product to see current stock.
Due to the nature of trading cards, we cannot accept returns once an item has been delivered. The exception is items damaged in transit — if your order arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours on WhatsApp or email gengarns.cards@outlook.com with photos of the packaging + card and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Not yet — we're in the process of partnering with a UK-based grading service for 2026. For now we recommend PSA UK or Ace Grading for raw submissions. We can advise on which cards are worth grading if you'd like a quick assessment.
